(Y/N) – Y Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs Certified Surgical Techs) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Certification CST At least 2 years' experience in High Risk OB Nurses with at least 3 years experiences in High Risk OB Current certification in Advance EFM/ AWHONN Intermediate EFM Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. High Risk OB including Massive transfusion Experience with PASD (placenta accrete spectrum disorders) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): C-sections, SVD, D&C, D&E, twin deliveries with both c-section SVD Scheduled and nonscheduled emergent C-Hysterectomy Massive Transfusion Best personality Fit: Highly engaged and motivated Positive outlook and intentional in all interactions and procedures Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
