The company develops sophisticated CNC systems for sectors including aerospace and defense and is growing its engineering and operations teams in response to increasing demand.Job DescriptionSupport daily production operations for CNC machining centers and CNC assembly processes.Develop and refine CNC programming, tooling, fixturing, routings, and assembly processes.Lead lean initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and standardization efforts to align with ISO 9001.Design testing methods, evaluate process capability, and help establish product and process standards.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes by conducting research, evaluating designs, and collaborating with equipment vendors and operators.Lead production improvements and cost?reduction initiatives using lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, DMAIC, and material?flow optimization.
