1. MSD 365 CRM Functional Lead Job Title: MSD 365 CRM Functional Lead Experience: 7+ Years Work Mode: Remote Shift: EST (Approx. 6:30 PM IST start, 8 hours/day) Duration: 3-6 Months Job Overview We are seeking an experienced MSD 365 CRM Functional Lead to drive functional design, implementation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, system integrations, and large-scale data migration. Key Responsibilities Lead functional requirement gathering and solution design for Dynamics 365 CE. Map and migrate data from multiple legacy systems into CRM. Collaborate with technical architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Design and configure CRM solutions aligned with customer service processes. Ensure seamless integration with contact center systems, portals, ERP, and payment gateways. Support end-user training, adoption, and change management initiatives. Manage functional aspects of large-scale CRM projects. Document functional/technical designs, test plans, and best practices. Provide ongoing system support, optimization, and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service module). Strong experience in business analysis and functional solution design. Proven experience in large-scale CRM implementations with complex integrations. Experience in data migration (10M+ customer records, 1B+ transactions preferred). Strong SQL knowledge for data mapping and legacy system analysis. Experience integrating CRM with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and contact center tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO Testing Module). Preferred Skills Experience in tolling/transportation domain. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices. Exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP.
