Overview Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team. As a Leasing Consultant you'll have the advantage of learning from our successful team at our Eastwood Arms Apartments in Niles, OH. We are offering up to $17.00/hr plus $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off and full benefits. Up to $100.00 New Lease Commissions Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off up to 80 hours your first year Holiday Paid Time Off Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Knowledge, Skills and Experience Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents Yardi experience a plus!
