Skilled Assembler/Operator

Position Summary

The Assembler and Machine Operator is going to be required to use hand/power tools and run machines to build a variety of wood products. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

1st shift & 2nd shift available

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Work Assemble components and frames using hand and power tools.
• Machine Operation Operate saws, sanders and routers.
• Quality Inspection Inspect parts for defects and correct measurements.
• Material Handling Load, stack, and move products throughout the facility.
• Team Collaboration Working with a team of 4-5 people daily.

Tools & Equipment Used

• Nail guns, drills, sanders, routers
• Tape measures, calipers, squares
• Automated saws and cutting machines
• Forklifts

Work Environment

• Fast-paced wood manufacturing facility
• Standing, bending, lifting up to 4050 lbs
• Safety gear provided

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Sauk Centre, MN.

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $58000.00/yr.
