Bilingual HR Generalist: Employee Experience & Engagement

ETE REMAN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist to enhance employee relations and support engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years of HR management experience. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, supporting HR operations, and leading engagement initiatives with a strong emphasis on maintaining workplace culture, supported by excellent communication and analytical skills.
