We look forward to your interest in joining our team.The Receiver I is responsible for putting away product in the appropriate pick locations throughout the warehouse, along with focusing on learning the receiving process through laying out product, matching with packing slips, and entering appropriately into computer systems.Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Put items away in appropriate pick locations using RF ScannerUnbox and layout items and ensure all product matches packing slipReport product damage & discrepancies when necessaryLearn computer programs used to receive productLabel various items as they are receivedAssist other Receivers with large ordersAssist in unloading of trucks and other deliveriesOther Duties:Restock primary pick locations throughout the warehouse with emphasis on larger items/skidsProperly communicate issues to Receiving CoordinatorTake out trash & compress cardboard in bailer on weekly basisGeneral Housekeeping duties as assignedPerforms other duties and special projects determined by ManagementRequirements:Minimum 1+ years experience in warehouse settingAbility to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functionsStrong computer skills with ability to learn Microsoft Office applications & Receiving SystemsStrong teamwork & communication skillsDetail oriented with strong ability to prioritize various tasksBenefits:Medical eligible 1st of the month after date of hireDental eligible 1st of the month after date of hireVision eligible 1st of the month after date of hire401KPaid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid SickLife Insurance and AD&DShort Term & Long Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Discount
