Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, community-minded individual to join our agency as a Licensed Insurance Agent. This position is perfect for professionals seeking a flexible schedule, working parents, or individuals looking to build a career in the insurance industry. You will help families protect what matters most by identifying gaps in their current coverage and offering tailored solutions across auto, home, and life insurance.

Create a schedule that fits your life (daytime, evening, or Saturday morning available). Earn a steady base wage supplemented by a generous commission structure on every written policy. Hands-on mentorship from an award-winning agency owner with more than a decade of experience.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Connect with warm leads, local community members, and existing clients to review their current insurance portfolios.

Bundling: Educate clients on the value of adequate insurance.

Assessment: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify gaps in coverage.

Generation: Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Professional phone etiquette.

Career minded vision.

Successful sales background.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.
