Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. This remote position enables you to deliver care from anywhere, while still remaining connected to a dedicated team of professionals committed to mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions, to support individuals, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients to share experiences and learn from one another, fostering community and understanding.
\n
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that addresses the psychological and emotional needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, helping patients navigate urgent mental health situations with sensitivity and expertise.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with industry legal obligations while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to remain at the forefront of mental health care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research, therapies, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders and a solid foundation in therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Experience in providing evidence-based individual and group therapy services to a diverse population.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to best practices.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology platforms relevant to mental health therapy.

• Ability to function collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community health settings or outpatient facilities is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in treating clients with a variety of mental health issues, particularly in diverse communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
