Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients to determine their unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities suited for individual clients.

• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate approaches.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress, ensuring that treatment plans are adjusted as needed.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
