You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team on strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Manager of Project Management to coordinate and complete projectsDefine performance and results and manage vendors and service providers Determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvementsDevelop business plans and cost benefit analysis for assessment by Regional/Senior LeadershipInvestigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your workload and work on ad hoc projects as assigned You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience 5+ years of project management experience 5+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets, and making data-driven analytical decisions 3+ years of supervisory experiencePMP Certification (or actively pursuing certification)Experience utilizing MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint at an intermediate level Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and conciselyExperience utilizing time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities To protect the health and safety of our workforce, patients, and communities we serve, UnitedHealth Group and its affiliate companies now require all employees to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status prior to beginning employment. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
