- Fully remote position on the Epic Ambulatory support team within the Clinical Applications Capability team
- Role created to increase team capacity due to approval of multiple new projects
- Primary support for one main client, with opportunity to assist additional four clients as needed
- Team operates using a shared services delivery model
- Responsibilities include working on projects, performing maintenance and operations tasks, managing support tickets, and supporting Epic upgrades
- Focus on EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart modules
- Requires experience and/or certification in both EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart
- No background check or drug screen required
