Requirements

Years of Experience: 2-years acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination recent experience is a must, within the last 3 months 
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level I & II Exp: Pref
Travel Exp: req
License: CA state license
Certification: AHA BLS
