POSITION 1: ASSEMBLY / PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Training provided!

What You'll Do:

• Assemble automotive axle components and final assemblies.
• Learn to operate production machinery and equipment.
• Perform hands-on assembly and machining tasks.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• No previous manufacturing experience required!
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

POSITION 2: FORKLIFT / TUGGER OPERATOR

Training provided on plant equipment and procedures!

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts and tuggers (Powered Industrial Vehicles) to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production lines and designated storage areas.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Stack, unstack, and move dunnage and four-post containers.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate material movement records.
• Label, sort, and organize materials and shipments.
• Safely load outbound trucks.
• Complete required equipment safety inspections before use.
• Navigate tight spaces and areas with pedestrian traffic.
• Follow all plant safety and material handling procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift or tugger experience is a plus, but training is provided!
• Strong safety awareness and attention to surroundings.
• Willingness to learn and operate both forklifts and tuggers.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.
