As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support by performing various administrative, accounting and clerical duties requiring general knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work in the department.What You'll Do Data entry for accounting and related clerical functions Compose letters, memos and reports as needed Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems Able to cross train with other staff members Answer incoming calls in a professional manner Coordinate office administration including monthly calendar, invoice processing, the planning of meetings, travel arrangements and ordering of office supplies Distribute incoming mail, faxes, express mail deliveries, packages and other material Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership What You'll Have High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred 2 years accounting and/or office administration experience Typing and 10 key experience Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus Microsoft skills with extensive knowledge of Excel are preferred Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills What You'll Get Benefit Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage 401K w/ Company Match Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays Potential Bonus Opportunities Career Development Opportunities Employee Discounts Weekly Payroll Work Environment Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Legal Stuff Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results Our Commitment to Opportunity This job description is subject to change at any time.
