We work to maintain a comfortable environment for participants to learn and develop life skills as well as keep positive relationships with them and their families.Position Overview:As a Regisitered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will work with children diagnosed with Autism and related developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans in various settings (home, school, community), assist with parent training, and collect data to track client progress. In the absence of the Lead Behavioral Technician or ABA Interns, you will assume their duties.Key Responsibilities:Implement ABA techniques in 1:1 or group settings to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.Track client behaviors and progress using specified protocols.Support caregivers in implementing individualized treatment plans.Work with Behavior Analysts, Lead Behavioral Technicians, and other team members to assess and enhance client programs.Follow safe handling and intervention protocols during client sessions.
