RN - Critical Care

Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU units, adhering to state regulations and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and document care. Delegates tasks appropriately, collaborates with the healthcare team, and contributes to unit goals.
