Enterprise PLC Project Manager

Agilent seeks an Enterprise PLC Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on product lifecycle process improvements, system changes, and new product development governance. The role requires managing complex projects across global, matrixed teams while driving change management and adoption of improved processes.

Responsibilities

Lead PLC and related projects from initiation through implementation with clear scope, milestones, and success metrics
Drive cross-functional planning and execution for product development process, phase-gate, and governance improvements
Support NPI/NPD excellence by strengthening project plans, stage-gate readiness, and decision documentation
Lead change management including stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, communications, and adoption reinforcement
Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, governance routines, and provide data-driven leadership recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered
4+ years leading NPI/NPD projects with phase-gate readiness and risk management experience
Demonstrated change management project leadership with stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking
Strong project fundamentals: schedule management, dependency tracking, governance, and executive reporting
Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority across divisions and leadership levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
Preferred: PLM systems experience, PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma certification, or enterprise transformation background

Compensation: $107,440–$167,875/year plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
