This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available. Job Responsibilities And Expected Results Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all accounting transactions. Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policies. Ensure that all financial processes and transactions comply with applicable state, federal, and departmental regulations. Provide oversight and guidance to junior accounting staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to accounting procedures and policies. Work with auditors to provide necessary information and respond to audit inquiries. Other duties as assigned.
