Assist customers with policy changes and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Process insurance inquiries and follow up with customers. Qualifications Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Worked in Customer Service prior. Ability to work in fast paced environments.
