ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Matt McCarty State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success.
You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop customer relationships and discuss insurance and financial service needs.
• Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
• Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Insurance or financial services.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licenses in insurance preferred (Licensing is available upon hire)

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
