Client Support Specialist

Description Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to manage and support employee benefit plans, including FSA, HRA, HSA, DCA, Parking, Transit, and Lifestyle/Wellness programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients and their employees have smooth, accurate, and timely plan administration. What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and participants Assist clients in understanding plan documentation and compliance requirements Collaborate with sales and new business teams to improve client experience Prepare client reports and reconcile administrative data accurately Monitor payroll files and ensure timely deposits and recordkeeping Investigate and resolve client and participant inquiries, escalating issues as needed Perform IRS non-discrimination testing and internal operational audits Maintain accurate records and keep management informed of any critical issues Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred) Proven experience in customer service and benefit administration Prior experience with P&A services preferred Strong project management skills and ability to multitask efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools Familiarity with CRM tools and client engagement strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr P & A Administrative Services, Inc
