Loan Officer - Hard Money Lending

LBC Mortgage is expanding its lending division and is actively seeking an experienced Hard Money Loan Officer to join our high-performing team.
We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable sales professional with direct experience in Hard Money / Private Lending . This is a results-focused role designed for someone who understands investor financing and knows how to close deals efficiently. About LBC Mortgage LBC Mortgage is a well-established mortgage brokerage committed to delivering tailored financing solutions to real estate investors and borrowers. As we continue to grow our lending portfolio, we are building a strong team of professionals who understand the urgency, complexity, and opportunity within the Hard Money space. Key Responsibilities- Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing
- Structure and present loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, and deal strength
- Manage the full loan lifecycle from lead intake to funding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and referral partners
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Proven experience in Hard Money lending (required)
- Strong understanding of real estate investment transactions
- Ability to analyze deals and assess risk quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
