Job Overview A law firm seeks a Commercial Finance Associate for its Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing lenders in commercial finance transactions and will join a dynamic team committed to excellence and client service. Duties Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions. Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters. Provide comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse client base. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance transactions. Superior academic credentials. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ohio licensure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
