Job Description
The Shift Lead supervises retail associates in a liquor store, coordinating daily operations and maintaining focus on inventory and fulfillment, production and throughput, customer service and sales, and safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shift activities and supervise retail associates.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support sales.
- Conduct inventory checks and support inventory fulfillment.
- Monitor production and throughput during each shift.
- Resolve operational and customer issues.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with staff scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of cash reconciliation and inventory management.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Team leadership and communication skills.
