Desired Qualifications or Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support position is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow teacher and administrative directions
• Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude when working with children
• Ability to assist with classroom management and instructional activities
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant training a plus
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required by school policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and student supervision
• Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to develop academically and socially
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff as needed
