TECHNICAL DESIGNER / SPEC TECHWe are looking for a talented, experienced, Spec Technician with good verbal and written communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Creating size specifications from children's 12 months to size 16 sleepwear and swimwear & intimates for both boys and girlsGradingEvaluating and commenting on fit samplesExplaining and diagramming for factories how to make corrections to garment constructionGENERAL REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge of pattern-making, sewing, and garment constructionYou should have strong product knowledge of children's sleepwear.Experience working on boy's and girls' sleepwear for the budget market.You should have a strong understanding of knit, and woven fabrications.Experience working with a variety of fabrics and fabric finishes.You must be; computer savvy, quick to learn, very organized, and detailed oriented,Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator is required.Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the budget sleepwear market.Knowledge of File Maker Pro is a plus.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Benefits:Paid vacation and sick/personal time off.Full medical insurance including dental and vision.Short-term and long-term disability insurance.Transit Check. xhyhwjd Maternity leave and family medical leave.
