Experience with concrete coatings is great, but we are also interested in hard-working people with backgrounds in painting, landscaping, construction, flooring, pressure washing, roofing, warehouse work, or other hands-on trades.

What You'll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, cleaning, and repairing cracks
• Install concrete coating systems on garage floors, patios, driveways, and commercial spaces
• Apply coating products, decorative flakes, and protective topcoats
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Set up and clean up job sites
• Follow company safety procedures
• Work with your team to complete jobs on time
• Make sure every customer receives a high-quality finished product

• Comfortable working outdoors and in active job site environments
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Able to bend, kneel, stand, and work on your feet throughout the day
