Infrastructure Engineer Brief description of the project and what this person will be doing – day to day responsibilities: Journey to retire Splunk but end of 2023. Building plan to migrate indexes to elastic. They’ll lay groundwork but then on application team to implement. Built a log management- build standards and control around that log management; now doing control test writing. Supporting infrastructure; systems administration. Get application teams to adopt get in line with them. Not doing heavy cloud development. Administrator vs user of ElasticSearch- need both Ansible Puppet as config management tool. Refine which CICD DevOps skills the candidate has. DevOps – someone to contribute on the ops team in a source code management manor. Ansible Right playbook for cluster is configured. Job Titles: Infra Eng Comp Sys Eng DevOps Eng Ensuring they’re self driven. No less than 4 years of experience. Must have skills/technologies: Elastic Stack/Elastic Search- and administrator (1) and user (2) DevOps/Automation via Puppet or Ansible Nice to haves’ skills/technologies: Windows Cloud knowledge: S3, Terraform Linux Splunk My3Tech Inc
