That's where you come in. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you'll sit between Marketing and Sales and own the systems, data and automation across the full customer journey, from first touch to renewal. You're not here to maintain HubSpot — you're here to turn a growing set of tools and data into a revenue operating system that makes the commercial team faster, sharper and more predictable.

This is a genuine greenfield opportunity: you'll shape how RevOps works rather than inherit a finished machine, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and regional leadership across four markets. 100% remote, with the option to work from our Turin, Paris or Vienna offices.

What You'll Do:

• Own HubSpot and the connected revenue tech stack; design the data model, integrations, workflows and automation; drive system adoption, governance and continuous improvement.
• Own lead routing, ownership, scoring and lifecycle management across inbound, outbound and partner channels; build clean handoffs between Marketing and Sales; improve enrichment, intent signals and data quality.
• Build production-ready automations that reduce manual work and improve execution; apply AI to enrichment, CRM hygiene, reporting and operational workflows; continuously simplify and scale processes.
• Build the dashboards and reporting leadership needs to run the business; own visibility into pipeline, conversion, sales velocity and forecast accuracy; turn complex data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Establish scalable processes and documentation across regions; maintain data quality and consistency across the revenue stack; create operating rhythms that keep Marketing, Sales and Finance aligned.

What Success Looks Like:

• First 3 months: you know the stack and data flows inside out; the biggest gaps in data quality, routing, attribution and reporting are identified and prioritised.
• First 6 months: lead ownership and routing run cleanly across all three channels; leadership has one trusted view of pipeline and conversion; the first AI-driven automations are live and removing manual work.
• First 12 months: the revenue engine runs end-to-end with clean handoffs at every stage; attribution is trusted; forecasting is reliable enough to drive target-setting and commercial decisions.

Who We're Looking For:

• Deep, hands-on experience with complex HubSpot environments, including workflows, integrations, Operations Hub and data architecture.
• B2B SaaS experience and a strong understanding of recurring revenue and commercial funnels.
• Proven experience using AI and automation to improve revenue processes and reduce manual work.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, messy datasets.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards that leadership relies on.
• Strong project management skills — you take cross-functional initiatives from problem to implementation.
• The ability to bridge technical and commercial stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
• Strong systems thinking and an instinct for scalable solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Extra:

• Gong or another conversation intelligence platform.
• SQL and/or BI experience with Looker, Metabase or Tableau.
• Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and intent platforms.
• Experience with attribution across multiple GTM motions.
• Experience working in a multi-region, multi-language commercial organisation.
