Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and train team members to meet performance goals.
- Ensure high standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and payroll processing.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

What We Expect From You:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Basic understanding of financials, such as labor costs and sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work various shifts and days per week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum Age 18+ years old
