Expo — Knoxville Ghost Kitchen

$16.00/hr to start, $18.00/hr after training period

Knoxville Ghost Kitchen is hiring an Expo to run the pass. You're the last set of eyes on every ticket before it goes out — checking accuracy, plating, temperature, and timing, and keeping the kitchen and front of house talking to each other.

What you'll do

• Read and call tickets, sequencing orders so items hit the pass together
• Check every plate for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before it leaves
• Handle modifications, allergy tickets, and special requests correctly
• Keep the pass clean, stocked, and organized through the rush
• Communicate wait times and issues between kitchen and front of house
• Support the line with light prep and closing duties as needed

What we're looking for

• Calm and clear under volume — campus rushes move fast
• Sharp attention to detail and a good memory for tickets
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs
• Restaurant or food hall experience helpful, not required — we'll train
• Reliable, on time, and easy to work with
• Open availability preferred, including some evenings and weekends

What we offer

• $16.00/hr starting, moving to $18.00/hr after training
