DEC en informatique, DEC en gestion de réseaux ou formation équivalente
5 à 8 ans dexpérience en technologies de linformation
Expérience solide en administration dinfrastructures TI en milieu dentreprise
Connaissance dun système ERP, avec Syteline comme atout
Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de langlais, à loral comme à lécrit
Expertise avancée de Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO et Microsoft 365
Excellentes compétences en réseautique, notamment TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routage, commutation et pare-feu
Expérience en virtualisation avec VMware et/ou Hyper-V
Expérience avec les solutions de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre
Connaissance des environnements Azure et des services infonuagiques
Expérience avec les outils de supervision et de gestion des infrastructures
Expérience en milieu manufacturier, considérée comme un atout
Certifications Microsoft, VMware, Cisco ou équivalentes, considérées comme un atout
Forte aptitude à analyser et résoudre des problèmes complexes
Sens marqué de la sécurité, de la stabilité et de la performance des systèmes
Leadership technique et excellent sens du service à la clientèle
Autonomie, rigueur et bon sens de lorganisation
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en parallèle

Responsibilities:

Répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs pour des incidents et problèmes complexes
Analyser, diagnostiquer et régler les enjeux liés aux infrastructures, systèmes, réseaux et applications dentreprise
Assurer un soutien technique de niveaux 1, 2 et 3
Documenter les incidents ainsi que les solutions mises en place
Administrer, maintenir et optimiser les environnements TI actuels et futurs
Gérer les environnements de virtualisation VMware et/ou Hyper-V
Veiller au bon fonctionnement des sauvegardes et des mécanismes de reprise après sinistre
Administrer les infrastructures réseau locales et intersites, incluant commutateurs, pare-feu, VPN et Wi-Fi
Participer à la surveillance proactive des systèmes afin de prévenir les interruptions de service
Gérer les accès, les permissions et les politiques de sécurité
Soutenir la gestion du système ERP Syteline
Veiller au respect des politiques et normes liées à lutilisation des outils dintelligence artificielle et à la protection des données
Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au maintien des pratiques de cybersécurité
Réaliser des analyses de vulnérabilités et proposer les correctifs appropriés
Participer à la gestion des incidents de sécurité informatique
Appliquer les politiques de sécurité de linformation
Prendre part à la planification, à limplantation et à lévolution des infrastructures technologiques
Collaborer à divers projets TI corporatifs et manufacturiers
Évaluer de nouvelles solutions technologiques et émettre des recommandations
Produire et tenir à jour la documentation technique, les procédures et les schémas dinfrastructure
Contribuer à lharmonisation des pratiques TI entre les différentes usines
Participer régulièrement aux réunions du département TI
Travailler avec les fournisseurs externes et partenaires technologiques
Former et accompagner les utilisateurs
Soutenir lamélioration continue des processus de soutien informatique
