Operations Manager

Job Description

We're hiring an Operations Manager for a full-time, temp-to-hire or direct-hire opportunity in Charlotte . This role offers day and night shifts with availability Monday through Sunday and is ideal for a strong leader with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, scheduling, and personnel management. The Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse activities, support team performance, coordinate deliveries, and help ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity goals are met.
Supervise warehouse personnel and enforce company policies and procedures.
Coordinate schedules for warehouse employees and delivery drivers.
Communicate with customers and schedule deliveries as needed.
Assist with hiring, employee reviews, and overall team development.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel cards, and required documentation.
Ensure safety standards, OSHA regulations, and required licenses are maintained.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with logistics and warehouse operations.
Experience managing personnel and coordinating schedules.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Computer skills and ability to manage operational tasks.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
