Senior Delivery Manager (Fully Remote)
Robots & Pencils
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase engagements, managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and define tracking/reporting of delivery KPIs.
- Support QA/UAT and coordinate production readiness and transitions.
AI Enablement:
- Implement the AI Development Life Cycle across engagements and set the standard for AI-augmented delivery.
- Partner with AI/ML engineers on model risk, data readiness, and evaluation strategy.
- Coach delivery teams on shipping AI products, using AI to accelerate delivery, and running agentic processes.
Leadership & Influence:
- Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams with accountability and collaboration.
- Coach junior delivery managers with concrete feedback and stretch opportunities.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
