Senior Partner Delivery Manager (Fully Remote)

About the role:
- As Sr Partner Delivery Manager, you own and scale strategic relationships with global SI and consulting partners.
- You shape how enterprise partners adopt and operationalize agentic AI.
Areas of ownership:
- Partner Relationship Management: build trusted relationships with partner executives and stakeholders.
- Practice Advisory: act as strategic advisor on building and scaling Parloa services practices.
- Delivery Oversight: guide partners through complex AI and CX transformation programs.
Who you are:
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, or customer success.
- Proven track record with global systems integrators and implementing solutions.
- Strong executive presence and excellent English communication.
