Location: Peoria, IL (Preferred) | Also open to Chicago, IL, Irving, TX, or Broomfield, CO

Schedule: 100% Onsite, 5 days/week

Travel: Approximately 10% domestic travel (up to 25% as needed)

About the Opportunity


We are seeking a Product Owner 2 to join a team focused on digital subscription management and customer-facing product enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support Agile development processes in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Create and maintain clear product documentation and technical/business requirements.
• Drive communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Analyze business needs and recommend effective digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role supporting digital products.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
