Job Full Description

A local electric company is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily office operations.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist with billing and office-related tasks.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous office experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Comfortable answering phones and working with billing functions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
