Location: District. Effective Date: August 1, 2026. Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and understanding of maintenance procedures for public buildings; mechanical skills. Positive attitude when interacting with children and staff; professional demeanor. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Valid Driver's License. Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions. Possess or be eligible to possess a NJ Black Seal low-pressure boiler operator license. Ability to perform physical labor; lifting and carrying 50+ pounds; pushing and driving equipment including snow removal equipment; walking, climbing, bending, reaching, squatting. Knowledge of SDS guidelines for chemicals. Criminal History, HIB training and proof of New Jersey residency required by successful applicant.
