Custodian - Substitute

Job Title Custodian - Substitute Reports To Director of Facilities and Supervisor of Custodians Job Purpose To maintain and clean school buildings that provide staff and students with an environment that is conducive for teaching and learning. Qualifications - Required High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to speak and understand English Excellent work ethic Ability to follow directions Ability to work alone or with others Ability to pass the required Criminal History Review Ability to complete the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Form Duties / Responsibilities Performs tasks as directed by the BCF and/or Supervisor of Custodians Completes tasks in the time frame provided by the BCF Works in assigned area as directed Works with others as directed Follows all cleaning directions as provided by BCF and/or Supervisor of Custodians Working Conditions School Building $16.25/hour Physical Requirements Able to lift at least 50 lbs above the waist Able to raise arms over head to clean Able to climb ladders Able to swing arms in order to mop floors Able to walk up/down stairs Able to bend at the waist and knees to clean Able to stand for long periods of time Able to shovel snow, when necessary Able to work with school approved cleaning fluids Direct Reports N/A Application Procedure Apply Online Selection Procedure Interview EEO Statement Egg Harbor Township Board of Education is an affirmative action/Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
