Horticultural Assistant

Raintree Country Club , located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Horticultural Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional weekend mornings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Blowing parking lots and common areas
• Collecting trash daily
• Watering containers and flower beds throughout the course
• Fertilizing, mulching, weeding, and deadheading
• Weed eating and general landscape maintenance
• Planting and pruning using gas-powered hand tools
• Assisting with holiday and Christmas decorations
• Performing a variety of horticultural, landscaping, and grounds maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Open availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Quick learner
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
