Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

RESPONSIBILITIES:
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. Lauren Barrett - State Farm Agent My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Palos Hills, IL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
