We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Health Services Manager to join our healthcare team. This role will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities or a specific department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management for departments or facilities. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies, including local, state, and federal guidelines. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Financial Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance through resource allocation and cost‑effective practices. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance patient care quality, safety, and service delivery. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Requirements Licensure/Certification: Certification as a Certified Medical Manager (CMM), Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (cHAP), or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Meditech). Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
