Evening Mental Health Program Director

Compass Health Center, based in Chicago, is expanding its Evening Program and seeks an Associate Director to lead the new onsite initiative while continuing direct clinical work. You will supervise staff, coordinate across 18+ programs, and guide discharge planning, with a focus on adult patients and crisis care. Strong leadership and program development skills are essential.
