Job Title: Warehouse Associate lll Location: Aurora, OH Work Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20/hour Duration: 1 year from start date Position Type: Temporary (potential temp-to-perm for the right candidate)

About the Role: This position offers the opportunity for hands-on warehouse experience supporting production and order fulfillment in the medical technology sector. Excellent candidates may be considered for permanent employment after the contract period.

Role Summary: Executes receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distribution of materials required for the assembly/manufacturing of products. Performs standard warehouse activities such as raw material receiving, put-away, restocking, kit picking, and cycle counting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts.
• Pick parts/products or pack shipments, ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
• Fill kits and deliver to production as required.
• Quantify and verify cycle count.
• May work in Decon area: unpack, disinfect, and disposition returned product.
• Comply with EHS Quality System regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak in local language.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
• Ability to communicate well and work with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to consistently stand/walk for several hours and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
