Office Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator (Part-Time) - Wadena, MN Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time (2-3 days per week) Tuesday, Thursday, and either Monday or Wednesday Hours: 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM Penmac Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator for a healthcare office in Wadena, MN. Requirements for the Office Assistant High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, receptionist, healthcare, or office experience preferred Strong communication and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable attendance and professional demeanor Office Assistant Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out Answer phones and schedule appointments Update patient records and process paperwork Collect payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and manufacturers Perform routine device cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs Track orders, repairs, and office supplies Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment Training: The first 6-9 training days will be completed at a nearby office location.
