Adecco is currently hiring Quality Inspection Associates for a reputable manufacturing facility in Marion, Ohio. Responsibilities Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality standards are met Perform visual inspections for defects, damage, or inconsistencies Measure and verify product specifications using basic inspection tools Accurately document inspection results and quality findings Separate non-conforming materials and report quality concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and documentation skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift What We Offer Competitive pay of $ 16.75/hour Opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance and attendance Weekly pay through Adecco Benefits available while on assignment Support from your local Adecco recruiting team Adecco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
