You don’t need a wall full of certifications to be a valuable technician. If you already have solid automotive repair experience and want better stability, training, and a path to grow, Farris wants to talk with you.

• Weekly Paycheck — qualifying technicians can receive an established guaranteed rate of up to $45 per hour , with a 40-hour weekly guarantee.

• Production Pay Above 40 Hours — flagged hours above 40 are paid at up to 2.0x your established guaranteed hourly rate . A technician established at $45 per hour base rate can earn $90.00 per hour on flagged hours above 40!

• Monday–Friday Schedule — 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. 

• Compensation based on your experience, demonstrated ability, and current skill level.

• Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs.

• Diagnose and repair common mechanical concerns.

• Complete routine service and less-complex repair work accurately and efficiently.

• Follow dealership repair procedures and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate repair documentation.

• Participate in training and certification opportunities.

• Continue building your diagnostic and technical abilities.

• Previous professional automotive repair experience.

• Experience may come from a dealership, independent repair shop, or other professional automotive service environment.

• Ability to perform maintenance and general mechanical repairs independently.

• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.

• A desire to continue learning and developing technically.

• Dependability, professionalism, and pride in quality work.

• OEM and ASE certifications are not required for this opportunity.
