\n What You Will Do \n

Step into a high-impact sales role where opportunity is strong and growth potential is even stronger. As a Commercial Sales Executive , you’ll lead the charge in expanding Johnson Controls’ footprint across Altoona and Greensburg—two markets primed for growth.

\n

\n

You’ll act as a true trusted advisor and brand ambassador , helping customers modernize their security solutions with cutting-edge technology. This is a role for a driven seller who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and delivering long-term value to customers.

\n

\n How You Will Make an Impact \n

• \n

  Drive new business growth by developing strategic relationships and winning new commercial customers in a high-potential territory

\n
• \n

  Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, add-on, and system upgrade opportunities

\n
• \n

  Own your territory with autonomy—develop call plans, prospecting strategies, and pipeline management

\n
• \n

  Be the face of Johnson Controls Security —clearly articulating our value as an industry leader in integrated security solutions

• \n

  Deliver exceptional customer experience through post-installation follow-up and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention

  Build a strong network through referrals, partnerships, and Centers of Influence

• \n

  Stay ahead of the industry by maintaining deep product knowledge and understanding evolving client needs

What We’re Looking For Required \n

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to engage senior-level decision makers

\n
• \n

  Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently

\n
• \n

  Local travel within territory

\n

Preferred \n

\n
• \n

  2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in security, technology, or IT

\n
• \n

  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

\n
• \n

  College degree

\n

\n \n

\n HIRING SALARY RANGE: $53,000 - $75,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin.  This position includes a competitive benefits package.\n \n
