Creative Ops Coordinator

Main purpose of the Creative Ops Coordinator role: This is a full-time role for a candidate who will work with both REVOLVE and FWRD sites on email marketing/branding material. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Facilitating productive workflows between creative teams, editorial and e-comm, merchandising, and UI/UX Coordinating and distributing the assets for high-volume, daily promotional content Preparing and executing navigation updates and weekly site content Assist Creative Ops Directors for FWRD and REVOLVE with new and ongoing initiatives Training interns and other entry level support members on admin tasks Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Extremely organized, strives for productive efficiency Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills Strong daily multi-tasking ability in fast paced, high volume demand Self-driven, Quick to adapt with solution-forward problem-solving mind-set Comfortable communicating with multiple other teams and department Interest in growing into a Creative Ops Project Manager position Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 1-2 years admin experience Mac proficient Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Working knowledge of Google drive apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs) Working knowledge of Airtable Lives locally in LA/OC area, but not a requirement A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
